Ingredients

  1. 3 eachBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  2. 1 bunchasparagus
  3. 1 packagesMedium Frozen Shrimp thawed
  4. 1 bunchFresh Asparagus
  5. 1 mediumOnion halved and sliced
  6. 1 packagesShredded Carrots
  7. 1 packagesSliced Mushrooms
  8. 3/4 cupItalian Dressing
  9. 6 tbspBalsamic Vinager
  10. 3 tbspHoney
  11. 1/2 tspSouthwest Seasoning or Crushed Red Pepper
  12. 1tomato seeded and chopped
  13. 1fresh parsley

  1. 1

    Precook Chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Then set aside.

  2. 2

    Clean and Cut Asparagus into 2 inch peices

  3. 3

    Mix Italian dressing, Balsamic Vinegar, Honey and seasoning in a small bowl.

  4. 4

    In saucepan heat a tablespoon oil and reheat chicken and thawed Shrimp until hot.

  5. 5

    Add half the Balsamic mixture to saucepan, stir to coat Chicken and Shrimp. Once thoroughly heated and coated, remove from pan and set aside.

  6. 6

    Add vegetables to pan and cook covered over medium heat until asparagus and onions are tender.

  7. 7

    When asparagus and onions are cooked add the Chicken and Shrimp and heat until hot. When thoroughly heated and the other half of the balsamic mixture and stir well.

  8. 8

    Serve with rice.

  9. 9

    Use fresh parsley and a seeded chopped tomato as garnish.
