Refrigerate coconut milk overnight

A hard layer will be formed on top of coconut milk. Scoop it out and pour the liquid into a bowl. Add the vanilla.

Using a stand mixer, food processor, high speed blender or hand-held electric mixer, whip until fluffy.

Continue to whip in any additional Ingredients until well incorporated and fluffy.
