1 lbpeeled shrimp
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1 canRotel
1 cupminced celery
1 1/2 cupchopped onion
1/2 stickbutter or margarine
2 cloveminced garlic
3 cupcooked rice

Melt butter in skillet.

Saute onion, celery, garlic until onions are clear and celery is softened.

Add mushroom soup and Rotel.

Simmer for 30 minutes

Add shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes

Serve over steamed rice.
