Ingredients

1/2 cupwater
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupsugar
1/3 cupvinegar
3 tbsplemon juice
3 tbspsoy sauce
3 tbsptomato paste
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspground ginger
3chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1/3 cupwater
1/3 cupcornstarch

Steps

Mix water, brown sugar, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, and ginger in slow cooker.

Add chicken pieces and stir to coat. Cook in low for 5 hours.

Mix water and cornstarch and add to slow cooker, mixing well.

Continue cooking for 30 min. Serve over rice.
