Gnoochi is something you love or hate usually because most people boil the life and flavour out of it. So I thought of something more usable. Hope you enjoy it. You can also use any leftover meats or poultry instead off or in addition to what I recommend

If the Gnoochi is the standard large variety, chop each one in half this will definately serve 4 adults Use a large wok. Fry meats first in teaspoon of olive oil,then add vegetables till all are about 3/4 cooked. Remove from wok and add

Remove the meat and veg from the wok and place in an oven proof dish . Now heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the wok and add the gnocchi..... fry until golden brown stirring often..add the previously cooked meats stirring unill all ingredients are totally mixed and cooked.

At this point you can either place everything in a large ovenproof dish or use a halogen multicooker lid.....

Cover the meal with the grated chedder cheese and melt totally...leave for about a minute and serve with a side salad and your favourite wine...
