Maida and pumpkin puree.

Take a bowl add maida, baking soda, backing powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, salt mix well and strain it

Take a bowl add butter, milk, sugar, and ginger paste whisk it.

Add pumpkin puree and whisk it and well combined.

Pumpkin butter is ready.

Stir in the dry ingredients a third at a time until just incorporated. Do not overmix.

Fold in the chopped ginger and chopped walnuts.

Put into muffin tin or try and bake. A spoon mixture into a prepared muffin tin. Bake for 25mints at 350'f. Check for donemess with a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean it's done. Cool on a rack.
