Mix rooh afza in milk...boil it...when it starts boil...add vinegar...stir it...it will curdled now...strain it in a muslin cloth....tide it tightly...hang a side

Now make ras....mix milk..milk powder.. custard powder...sugar...mix..and cook on low flame...till little thickness...off flame..add cashew..raisin..and cardmom powder...keep aside

Now mash paneer...till soft...make heart shape...make all like dis...

Boil simple water in a vessle...add all hearts...when it becme double in size...and sit in bottom....off flame

Take out them from water...squeeze gently....place them on ras...take a boil....off flame...cool it...freeze it...serve chilled
