Ingredients

  1. 6eggs
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1tsps baking powder
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1/4 cupoil
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. 1/2 tspvanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Beat egg yokes with half of the sugar, oil, water, flavoring, flour, and baking powder.

    Beat egg whites with the remaining half of sugar

  3. 3

    Fold into egg yoke mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 about 40 minutes until top springs back when touched.

  5. 5

    Immediately invert after cooked.

    Original recipe was 12 eggs. Can be adjusted to 9 eggs.

    Cut and fill with pastry cream. Can be sprinkled with rum.
