Firstly in the pressure cooker add chicken, dal, yellow chilli, Salt, beyleaf, onion slices, paste, garam masala mix well add 1cup water and take 2-3 whistles

If water is remaining then cook it untill the water absorbed

Then off the heat and keep it cool

Blend the mixture (do not add water)make dough

Add chopped veggies in the mixture Mix well

Make round shape tikki

Heat the Tawa add oil and shallow fry the tikki untill golden brown

Chicken Shami kabab is ready to serve
