Chicken Shawarma with Amazing Flavor 😋

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with all the spices, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Place the marinated chicken mixture in a skillet and cook over medium heat until done. Once cooked, pour off the sauce into a bowl and set aside. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and broil at 450°F (230°C), stirring every 15 minutes, until the chicken is browned.

Slice the pickles and peeled lemons, and prepare the mayonnaise.

Spread mayonnaise on Arabic flatbread, then add pickles, lemon slices, chicken, and a drizzle of pomegranate molasses. Repeat until all the filling is used.

In the same skillet, add a little oil and place the sandwich in the pan. Spoon a small amount of the reserved sauce over it for extra crispiness and flavor. Toast on both sides until golden.
