Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgfish
  2. 1 tspginger paste
  3. 1 tsponion paste
  4. 1/2 tspgreen chilli flakes
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tbspvinegar
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. Salt to tast
  9. 2 tbspmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the head of fish.

  2. 2

    Wash the fish and drain out the water.

  3. 3

    Marinate the fish with all ingredients and rest for some time.

  4. 4

    Take a baking tray and brush it with oil.

  5. 5

    Put the fish in the tray. Add 1 handful green pea and 1-2 red chilli.

  6. 6

    Bake the fish 180°c for 10 minutes.
