1 tbspgarlic, minced
1 tbspginger, minced
2 lbbroccoli florets
1/2 tspsea salt
2 tbspcoconut aminos
1/4 cupH2O

Saute ginger and garlic over med-high heat until fragrant

Add broccoli and salt, stir fry 10 min

Add coconut aminos and H2O, bring to boil.

Reduce heat, cover and let simmer 3 to 5 min
