250 mlwater
125 mlketchup
4 tbspbrown sauce
100 gramssugar
2 tspsoy sauce
1 tsp5 spice powder
1 1/2 tspcorn flour

Place all ingredients except the cornflour into a pan or wok. Heat on medium and stir until sauce starts to boil. Set heat to low and simmer for a few minutes

Mix cornflour with 4 teaspoons of water. Add to sauce and stir until sauce thickens. Serve or chill in the fridge

Excellent taste, I added 1/2 tsp chilli flakes to get a little kick. Chilli ok sauce 😉
