  • 3/4 cupFrank's Red Hot
  • 1/4 cupButter, melted
  • 2 tspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tspOnion Powder
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 4(6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1as needed Light Ranch Dressing (optional)

    Combine Frank's Red Hot, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture; pour remaining mixture in a zip-top plastic bag.

  3. 3

    Add chicken breast halves to bag; seal and marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. 5

    Coat pan with cooking spray. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade in bag.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle chicken with salt.

  7. 7

    Add chicken to pan; sauté 6 minutes on each side or until done.

  8. 8

    Brush reserved marinade of chicken.

  9. 9

    Serve with light ranch dressing, if desired.
