  • 1 tbspcoconut oil
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 tbspgarlic, minced
  • 1 tbspginger, minced
  • 2 lbbroccoli florets
  • 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 2 tbspcoconut aminos
  • 1/4 cupH2O

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Saute ginger and garlic over med-high heat until fragrant

  2. 2

    Add broccoli and salt, stir fry 10 min

  3. 3

    Add coconut aminos and H2O, bring to boil.

  4. 4

    Reduce heat, cover and let simmer 3 to 5 min
