using the double boiler method, melt both bags of chocolate morsels on the stove.

add 3/4 of the peanuts and all of the candy cane to the chocolate while still on the stove and mix it all together making sure it is well blended.

on a cookie sheet, pour the mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly( you'll have to do this quick because the chocolate will start to cool and clump.

sprinkle the rest of the peanuts onto the top of the chocolate along with about a cup of cranberries.

freeze cookie tray until all of the chocolate is hardened.

break chocolate out of the tray the way you would an ice cube tray. then break chocolate into snack size pieces.

keep refrigerated in a Tupperware dish. enjoy.
