Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbroccoli
  2. 1 cupred bell peppers
  3. 1 cupgreen bell peppers
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1 cupcarrots
  6. 2 tbspfish sauce
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1 dashsalt

Cooking Instructions

    cut all veggies until bite sized

  2. 2

    cut peppers into 1 in squares

  3. 3

    add 10 cups of water to boil and 1 tsp salt

  4. 4

    blanch carrots and broccoli for 30 sec

  5. 5

    remove veggies and soak in cold water

  6. 6

    add oil to pan in low heat

  7. 7

    fry garlic till gold

  8. 8

    high heat, add veggies and fry 20 sec.

  9. 9

    add fish sauce, white pepper, and salt
