Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsorange Pumpkin
  2. 100 gmsjaggery
  3. Ellachi powder
  4. 1green chilly

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First cut the pumpkin into small pieces.

    In the pressure cooker add the pumpkin and chilli. Steam it for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    In the pan add jaggery and add little water and make it into thick solution. Then add the baked pumpkin add ellachi powder.

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes. Pumpkin sweet is ready.
