Ingredients

2 servings
  • 100 gdry udon
  • Precooked curry
  • 50 gsalami
  • 30 mlsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan fry the salami for a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Boil the Udon until ready then rinse in cold water then drain.

  3. 3

    Add the Udon to the pan with salami and mix. Pour some soy sauce over it and stir.

  4. 4

    Lastly add the cooked curry and then mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve when hot
