Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround beef
  2. 1 canCream of mushroom soup
  3. 1/2 mediumChopped onipn
  4. 1 canPillsbury crescent rolls
  5. 1 bagof Fritos
  6. 1 cupCheddar cheese
  7. 1/2 cupMilk
  8. 1 tspPepper
  9. 10 ozCan of enchilada sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef and onion. Drain, add soup, sauce and pepper.

  2. 2

    In a 9 x 11 dish spread out crescent roll. Top with half the bag of crunched Fritos. Sprinkle on 1/2 the cheese.

  3. 3

    Smooth the meat mixture over bottom layer. Sprinkle the rest of the Fritos and cheese on top. Pour milk over casserole.

  4. 4

    Bake in preheated 350 oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
