  1. 1Squash, halved and diced
  2. 1Zucchini, halved and diced
  3. 1Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
  4. 1 dashsalt
  5. 1/3red cabbage diced
  6. 1 dashgarlic, to taste
  7. 1 tspmargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Heat skillet and add margarine. When melted, add the veggies.

    Saute veggies and add salt and garlic. Saute until tender crisp.
