Steps

Boil some water and pour over cous cous (half cup cous cous, half cup boiling water) stir and leave alone for 5 minutes.

Fry onion in some oil, just before they are done put peas in and fry until soft (2-3minutes)

Mix cous cous, fried onion and peas in a pot, add some salt and pepper and soy sauce about 30 ml, just how you like it. (careful with salt, cos sit sauce is pretty salty)

Put mix on plate and add chopped tomato, avocado and crumbs of feta cheese.
