Cut the Cauliflower Stalks into thin slices. If the skin is too thick peel off.

Heat oil. Splutter the mustard

Stir in curry leaves and broken dry red chillies.

Add the Cauliflower Stalk Slices.

Cook on high flame for about 3 to 4 mins with constant stirring.

Add 1/4 cup water. Close and cook on low flame for about 5 mins

Add salt. Mix in the grated coconut. Stir fry for a minute or two.

Offer Cauliflower Stalks Stir Fry to Lord Sri Krishna and honor Krishna Prasadam
