Ingredients

  1. Half cup of grated cabbage
  2. 1small carrot
  3. Half cup grated cauliflower
  4. 1medium sized Mash patato
  5. 2 tspboil peas
  6. Ingredients for gravy
  7. 2big onion grated
  8. 2grated tomato
  9. Gg paste
  10. 2 tbsp cashew paste
  11. or
  12. Makhane paste
  13. Salt
  14. Chilli
  15. Garam masala
  16. Haldi
  17. Dhaniya powder
  18. 1 teaspoon meat masala (additional)
  19. Maida or besan for binding
  20. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabhi vegetables ko mix karke maida or besan, salt dalkar kofta bana lenge

  2. 2

    Kofta fry karenge or ek plate mein nikal lenge

  3. 3

    2 table spoon oil Garam karenge usme onion paste bhunenge

  4. 4

    Light brown colour aane par tomato ginger garlic paste dalenge or 1min bhunenge

  5. 5

    Add spices

  6. 6

    Last mein cashe cashew or makhane ka paste dalenge or bhunenge

  7. 7

    Masala oil chod de to usme thoda thoda karke pani add karenge

  8. 8

    Jitni gravy aap chahte hai pani uske according hi dale

  9. 9

    Gravy mein boil aane par use 5 min sim mein boil hone de

  10. 10

    Serve karte time kofta bowl mein dale uper se gravy dale

  11. 11

    Last mein uper se dhaniya aur pyaj dalkar serve karenge
