Combine first 5 ingredients

Place chicken in crockpot sprayed with nonstick spray and pour sauce over top

Cook on high for 3.5 hours or on low for 6-7 hours

Shred chicken

Cook pasta per package directions

Serve chicken over pasta or add to pot and mix
