Ingredients

  1. 2 3/4 cupFlour
  2. 3 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 4Egg whites
  5. 1/2 tspCream of Tartar
  6. 1 1/2 cupSugar
  7. 3/4 cupSoftened Butter
  8. 1/4 cupMilk
  9. 1/4 cupVodka
  10. 1/2 cupKahlua
  11. 1 tspVanilla
  12. Frosting
  13. 1 cupSoftened Butter
  14. 2 1/2 cupPowdered Sugar
  15. 1/4 tspSalt
  16. 1 tbspVanilla Extract
  17. 1 tbspKahlua

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt

  2. 2

    Beat egg whites until foamy with cream of tartar

  3. 3

    Mix butter and sugar in separate bowl

  4. 4

    Blend egg into bowl with sugar and butter

  5. 5

    Combine milk, kahlua and vodka and set aside

  6. 6

    Add dry ingredients with milk mixture slowly

  7. 7

    Add vanilla

  8. 8

    Bake at 350 for 20 min

  9. 9

    Combine frosting ingredients
