in a bowl, add chicken salt and mustard

in a food processor, add half the onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro, and black pepper

add blended mixture to chicken

marinate for 2hrs

make curry slurry- mix curry powder and tumeric then add 3/4 cup water. stir.

in a latge skillet heat oil over medium. add slurry. stir constantly for a couple min.

when the slurry is a paste, add the rest of the onion. then chicken. cook for 5 min.

add 1-2 cup water and cook about 15 min.

serve.
