Leftover McNugget Sauce Pork Chop Glaze

I am a mom of three.
This means I sneak snacks into the movie theater, save all the drive thru napkins and stick them in the glove for emergencies, AND I keep a takeout condiment packet stash in the fridge.
I don't use them that often, but every once in a while, they really do save dinner.
This is not so much a detailed recipe as an idea - but one that comes in super handy from time to time!
Leftover McNugget Sauce Pork Chop Glaze

Mix equal parts Hot Mustard and Sweet & Sour Sauce along with some minced shallots, garlic, or onion.

1 Tablespoon minced shallots and 1 teaspoon oil to two packets of sauce. 2 packets of sauce will cover 2 to 3 pork chops. You can easily double the whole mixture.

Salt and pepper chops and cook as usual and just spoon or brush glaze over pork chops in the last 15 minutes of baking or roasting.

Pretty tasty (and super easy!) in a pinch. ;)
