Ingredients

  1. 1Par 1 litre à 3/5 de thé noir fort (2 c. a. s. de thé par litre) mêlé à 2/5 de lait entier
  2. 50grains cardamome
  3. 2racines de gingembre
  4. 2bâtons de cannelle
  5. 2anis étoilés
  6. 5grains de poivre rose
  7. 1/4 tspmuscade
  8. 1 tbspde sucre par tasse -1 cuillerée
  9. 1vanille au goût
  10. 1pincée de sel

  1. 1

    Faire mijoter à feu doux. Remuer constamment pour éviter la formation d'une "peau" de lait caillé. Lorsque le lait mousse un peu, c'est prêt.
