Ingredients

  • 1Par 1 litre à 3/5 de thé noir fort (2 c. a. s. de thé par litre) mêlé à 2/5 de lait entier
  • 50grains cardamome
  • 2racines de gingembre
  • 2bâtons de cannelle
  • 2anis étoilés
  • 5grains de poivre rose
  • 1/4 tspmuscade
  • 1 tbspde sucre par tasse -1 cuillerée
  • 1vanille au goût
  • 1pincée de sel

    Faire mijoter à feu doux. Remuer constamment pour éviter la formation d'une "peau" de lait caillé. Lorsque le lait mousse un peu, c'est prêt.
