Ingredients

  1. 500 grammilk
  2. 2 tea spoonfalooda sev
  3. 1 tea spoontakhmariya (sabja seeds)
  4. 5 teaspoonsugar (add to taste)
  5. 1 pinchgreen food colour
  6. 3 pinchelaichi powder
  7. pista, kaju, badam for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek kadhai me milk ko garam karein.

  2. 2

    Said me ek bowl me sabja seeds ko pani me bhigo ke rakhe 30 minute tak bhigoye.

  3. 3

    Ab garam milk me sev ko pakaye.

  4. 4

    Sabja bhig jaye tab us me green food colour dale mix karein thodi der baad sara pani Nikal de.

  5. 5

    Ab milk me sugar dale. Our sabja bhi dal de sab achhe se pak jaye to bowl me nikal ke dry fruit se garnish karein ab freeze me thanda hone rakhe thanda hone ke baad serve karein.
