Sweet and Spicy Asian Salmon

Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 3 tbsporange juice
  3. 4 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 1 tbspminced ginger
  5. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1 dash(pea size) sriracha sauce
  7. 1 tbspminced garlic
  8. 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  9. 1 1/2 lbsalmon
  10. 1salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients for about 3mins so the brown sugar is well incorporated.

    LIGHTLY salt the salmon.

    In a shallow pan or Zip loc, pour marinade on salmon and let sit for about an hour.Turn after 30min

    Preheat oven at 450°F

  5. 5

    Transfer Salmon into a pan (lined with foil for easy clean up!). Do not discard marinade

  6. 6

    Cook Salmon skin side down for about 8-10min(varies depending on the thickness of your salmon). Brush on marinade

  7. 7

    If you have marinade left over you can: Boil it down and top the salmon or add to some rice.Enjoy!!
