Loaded oatmeal bars

With a little bunch of different goodies, these bars can satisfy any craving. Add anything you like, take out what you don't, just make sure additions equal the 2 cups! Sometimes we are in the mood for more chocolate. Or no coconut. So customizable!

With a little bunch of different goodies, these bars can satisfy any craving. Add anything you like, take out what you don't, just make sure additions equal the 2 cups! Sometimes we are in the mood for more chocolate. Or no coconut. So customizable!
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2
Butter and flour a 9" by 13" pan
- 3
In a mixer, beat butter and sugars until very creamy, about 3 minutes
- 4
Beat in eggs and vanilla
- 5
Beat in flour and baking soda until just blended. Do not over mix
- 6
Fold in the cranberries, chips, nuts and coconut
- 7
With a damp hand, spread mixture into pan. The damp hands keep dough from sticking to you.
- 8
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- 9
Cool in pan and cut into squares.
- 10
Keep in air tight container only for several days but most likely won't last that long
