Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPumpkin
  2. 3/4 cupSugar
  3. 2Egg yolks
  4. 1 tspGinger
  5. 1/2 tspCinammon
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tbspMelted butter
  8. 1 cupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together. Beat 2 egg whites slightly and fold into first mixture.

  2. 2

    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 400*F for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to 350*F and continue baking for 45 to 50 min, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
