Ingredients

  1. 1Slightly beaten egg
  2. 1/4 cupMilk
  3. 1 cupHerb-seasoned stuffing mix
  4. 2 tspInstant chicken bouillon granules
  5. 1 lbGround raw turkey
  6. 2 tbspCooking oil
  7. 1 canWhole cranberry sauce (16 oz)
  8. 1/2 cupDry white wine
  9. 2 cupCooked noodles or rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well: egg, milk, stuffing mix, turkey.

  2. 2

    Form into 4x1" logs. Brown on all sides in hot oil

  3. 3

    Combine cranberry sauce, wine, and bouillon. Pour over meat.

  4. 4

    Bring to boil. Simmer covered for 15 min.

  5. 5

    Uncover. Cool 5 min or to desired consistency.

  6. 6

    Serve over rice or noodles.
