Great way to use tise fresh garden veggies

Its Easy to throw together and healthy too...lovely for hot summers days. ..can be eaten hot or cold...you can even throw in some chicken pieces or grilled shrimp if you feel like it. So colorful even the kids will be willing to try it!

This recipe is adapted from a recipe on the amazing Budget Bytes blog (link below). My husband always wants to add sausage to everything, but in this case it really worked! The sausage gives this dish a lot of flavor. For 16 oz spaghetti noodles double the ingredients.

It's hard to make a good stir-fry without a wok (which I don't have). So instead, I fry everything separately in a hot pan and bring it all together at the end with the sauce.
