Steps

Take a bowl add chopped coriander leaves, besan and rice paste

Now add ginger, garlic & paste and species according to taste and cooking soda, oil and mix well

Add water to make a cake batter or dhokla type consistency

Steam for 20 minutes, check using knife
- 5
Now let it cool and cut it in desired shapes

Now deep fry or bake

I bake in air fryer for 15 minutes on 200
- 8
Serve with coriander chutney
