Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500gmSpinach (boiled)
  2. 1 cupPotato (boiled and chopped)
  3. 2 tablespoonsOil
  4. 1/4 teaspoonCumin seeds
  5. 1 pieceCinnamon stick
  6. 4 pieces Cloves
  7. 2Onion medium sized (finely chopped)
  8. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoonCumin powder
  11. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  12. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  13. to tasteSalt salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves saute then add onion fry for 1min.

  2. 2

    Add salt fry till it soft then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fry for 2min.

  3. 3

    Add 2 tablespoons water fry for 1min then add palak fry for 5min then add potato fry for 5min then add salt and gram masala powder cook for 5min.

  4. 4

    Palak wale aloo is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
