Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves saute then add onion fry for 1min.

Add salt fry till it soft then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fry for 2min.

Add 2 tablespoons water fry for 1min then add palak fry for 5min then add potato fry for 5min then add salt and gram masala powder cook for 5min.

Palak wale aloo is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
