Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 6 largeflat mushroom
  2. 1low fat cream cheese garlic and herb
  3. 1 mediumred onion
  4. 12streaky bacon rashes
  5. 1chopped tinned tomatoes
  6. 1frozen green beans
  7. 1grated mature Cheddar cheese
  8. 1black pepper
  9. 1all purpose seasoning

  1. 1

    preheat fan oven at 180 gas oven mark 6.

  2. 2

    rinse any debris off the mushrooms.

  3. 3

    fill each mushroom with the cream cheese to the top. then add a couple of sliced red onion.

  4. 4

    wrap a one rasher of steaky bacon across the top of the mushrooms then add another to make a cross shape

  5. 5

    place all mushrooms in a roasting dish. (Pyrex) then add a spinkle of black pepper

  6. 6

    add the tinned tomatoes to the dish. not on top of the mushrooms but around them. then add a couple of handfuls of the green beans.

  7. 7

    add some grated cheese on top to your liking. not too much or may be cheese overload

  8. 8

    add dish in oven for 30-40 mins till the bacon is crispy.

  9. 9

    serve two mushrooms per person or more if your hungry lol enjoy x
