  • 30oyster mushroom
  • 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  • CHILLED TEMPURA BATTER
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 3 tbspoil
  • SPICY SWEET SAUCE FOR DIPPING
  • 1 tbspheinz tomato sauce
  • 1 tbspheinz chili sauce
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1/2 tspcorn flour
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 1 tbspperi peri sauce for extra spicyness
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar

    MAKE TEMPURA BATTER

    mix all ingredient and chill for 15 minute

    DEEP FRY

    put oyster mushroom on tempura batter and deep fry till lightly brown and crispy in 1 to 2 minute

    QUICK TOASTED SESAME SEEDS AND SET ASIDE

    MAKE SAUCE

  7. 7

    put all ingredient into pan and bring to a boil then off heat and serve top toasted sesame seeds
