In a mixing bowl, add maida, powdered sugar, baking soda and baking powder
- Seive it well and keep it aside

In another mixing bowl add curd, oil, vanilla essence and whisk it well until smooth
- Now add all the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix it well with a spatula

Add one cup milk and mix well in one direction to form a smooth batter
- Mix well so that there are no lumps

Once the batter is smooth add tutti frutti and give it a mix
- The batter for the cake is now ready

Take a cake mould grease it with butter or oil
- Cut the butter paper in the shape of a mould and place it at the bottom

Grease the butter paper with butter or oil as well
- Now pour the batter in the mould

Tap the mould on surface and shake well so that the batter is spread evenly
- Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade
- Now place the mould in oven and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes

Check after 20 minutes, Insert a toothpick in cake, if batter does not stick to the toothpick... that means cake is baked completely
- Now remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for some time

When the cake is completely cooled down, take a plate and flip it over
- Tap it slightly - the cake will come out with ease

Remove the butter paper and flip it over again
- Now cut into pieces as per your preference
- The cake looks yummy, soft and spongy
