  1. cake batter
  2. 250 gramsroom temp butter
  3. 4eggs
  4. 250 gramsself raising flour
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 200 gramscaster sugar
  7. 1 tspvanila essence
  8. 1 tspinstant coffee
  9. 5 tbspwarm milk
  10. icing
  11. 2 tbsphot watter
  12. 1 tbspdark cacao
  13. 1 tbspinstant expresso coffee
  14. 50 gramsbutter
  15. 125 gramscream cheese
  16. 200 gramsiceing sugar

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    mix butter + eggs + sugar + vanila + baking powder in flour in food processor

  2. 2

    mix instant coffee with milk and pour into cake batter

  3. 3

    spread1and 1/2 tablespoon of cake butter into each cupcake

  4. 4

    bake in oven at 180 for 15/20 minutes

  5. 5

    disolve water + instant coffee + cacao

  6. 6

    mix in food procesor with sugar, cream cheese, butter

  7. 7

    dip cupcake in icing and cool
