Steps

Preheat oven to 425.

Wash wing in cold water and drain as much water as you can off.

Coat wings in oil.

Add dry rub and toss to evenly coat wings

Divide wings onto 2 full sheet trays.
- 6
Cook for 15 min. If using convection oven cook with fan off.
- 7
Let cool. Then portion 4 drums 4 flats in portion bag. Date all portions.
