Put the margarine in a small bowl and melt in microwave.breal the eggs into the bowl and beat till smooth.then add water.

Add the flour and mix very well till they are minimal lumps.add milk,sugar,salt,and 1/2 water and mix very well.

Blend the mix using a blender.if you dont want to blend it no problem but make sure you mix very well.

Set a frying pan over medium heat,add few drops of vegetable oil.when hot pour some pancake batter into the frying pan.

Tilt the pan so that the batter coats the surface of the pan evenly.this should be very thin coat.

Fry the underside of the pancake for 1min,shaking the pan from time to time till the pancake comes loose.

Check the underside to be sure it has brown to your liking.flip the pancake so that fry the topside as well.

We enjoyed it with yellow pap.
