Gather snow in a big bowl. Take spoonfuls of sugar and sprinkle on snow. Fold the sugar in with spoon and add 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of vanilla (fold in). Shake can of evaporated milk and pop open on two sides. Pour evenly some of the can over snow and fold more.
