Milk aur water ko mix kar ke boil krne rakhe

Jab milk gram ho jaye halka to oats add karein

Apple ko cut and peel karein then crush karein and oats me add karein

Add sugar and dry fruit chalate huye ache paka le aur oats ko ache se se pakaye Jane tak pakaye

Add cardoman powder mix it well
