Ingredients

  • 28 can- whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tbspcrushed red chile pepper
  • 1 tbspwhole leaf oregano - crushed
  • 2 clovegarlic - diced finely
  • 6 stickfresh cilantro - diced
  • 1 tspsalt - to taste
  • 1 bunchgreen onions - diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Get the blender out

  2. 2

    Everything goes in blender except for onions

  3. 3

    Chop or auto crush setting on blender till tomatoes are crushed

  4. 4

    Pour in onions and stir with spoon for chunky salsa or blend with blender on lowest setting till stirred for smoother salsa
