Boil the eggs in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes.Chop your fresh ingredients and set it aside.

In a pan but cooking oil to heat up, add onions and let it cook till it browns.

Add tomatoes and carrots and cover to cook till it creates a paste.Break the royco cube and sprinkle it on top of the paste as you stir and some water to create soup.

Remove the egg covers from already boiled eggs and Cut it into 4 halves then add it to the paste and cover to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve while hot with rice..(it is only good while it is hot)
