Soke kesar in 2 teaspoon of milk

In a utensil (bhigona/patila)first of all put ghee then add badi ilachi, laung and fry.

The add rice and fry then add in it milk and water and soaked kesar.

When boil comes remove the patila from the gas.

Put a tawa on the gas and then again place patila on the tawa.

When the rice are half made add sugar and ilachi powder.

Now cook on low flame.

Kesariya chawal is ready!!
