  • 3 lbPotatoes
  • 1 lbSausages
  • 2 largeOnion
  • 1 tbspVirgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper
  • 1 cupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, cut and boil potatoes

  2. 2

    While waiting for potatoes to cook, put some Virgin olive oil into frying pan and fry on medium heat until brown all over or cooked.

  3. 3

    Once potatoes are done, pour out water from pot, add milk and some butter and mash well.

  4. 4

    Now peel onions, cut in half then slice, put these into frying pan until soft.

  5. 5

    This will serve 3 to 4 people, depends on how many sausages you like :-)
